Certificates are only as good as the production discipline behind them. Every order leaves our facility with full heat-number traceability and verified test data.
Each fitting / flange carries a heat-stamp linked to its mother material MTC, finished item MTC, heat-treatment chart, and NDT report — auditable end-to-end.
Chemical analysis, mechanical testing, PMI / UT / MT / PT in-house. RT and HIC (NACE TM0284) on request. Hardness mapping mandatory for sour-service items.
Buyer or buyer's TPI (SGS / BV / TÜV / DNV / Lloyd's / Intertek / ABS) may witness any inspection stage at our plant. Type 3.2 MTC issued upon request.
