1. Who we are

- Live chat conversation content (with our DeepSeek-powered assistant or human staff).
- Technical data: IP-derived country, browser/user-agent, the page you visited, the link or campaign that brought you here (UTM parameters, referrer URL).
- Cookies set by the website itself (login session, language preference, chat session ID, cookie-consent state) and, only after you accept, third-party analytics cookies from Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity.
3. How we use your data
- Respond to your inquiry and follow up by email/phone.
- Improve site quality, identify bugs, and measure marketing campaign performance.
- Comply with applicable legal and export-control obligations.
4. Data retention
- Inquiry / RFQ records: 36 months from last contact, then archived or deleted on request.
- Chat sessions: 12 months by default.
- Server access logs: 6 months.
- After the retention period or on a verified erasure request, data is deleted within 30 days.
5. International transfers
Data is stored on servers in mainland China. For visitors located in the EEA / UK, transfer to China is performed under your explicit consent (GDPR Art. 49(1)(a)) given when you submit the form. We apply TLS-1.2+ in transit and restricted-access controls at rest.

8. Third-party data processors
Your data is shared with the following processors strictly to deliver this service. By using the chat or submitting an inquiry you consent to these transfers (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) & 49(1)(a)). Your IP address itself is stored in our database for up to 12 months for rate-limiting and abuse detection; it is not anonymized but is not shared with the processors above except via the Cloudflare cf-ipcountry header (country code only). You may at any time request a current list of processors and copies of our data-processing agreements at haihaojituan@163.com.
- DeepSeek (Hangzhou, China) — receives your live-chat messages to power AI replies and translation between Chinese and your language.
- Cloudflare (San Francisco, USA & global edge) — provides Turnstile bot-screening and the cf-ipcountry header for fraud / abuse defense; collects fingerprinting and behavioral signals before consent under legitimate interest.
- Feishu / Lark (ByteDance, China) — your chat content, name, email, locale and page URL are forwarded to our internal sales workspace for human follow-up.
- Optional, only with your explicit consent: Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC, USA), Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation, USA).
