1. Use of the site
This website is provided by Hebei Haihao Group Huadian High Pressure Pipe Fittings Co., Ltd. for the purpose of presenting our pressure piping components and project supply capability to overseas buyers. The information, photos, certificates and case studies are intended for general reference and project pre-qualification.
2. Inquiries and quotations
Inquiries submitted via the RFQ form, live chat or email do not constitute a binding offer. Final commercial terms (specification, price, MOQ, lead time, payment, Incoterms, packaging, delivery) will be confirmed by separate written agreement.
3. Intellectual property
All trademarks, logos, certificates, photos and product descriptions are the property of Hebei Haihao Group or its partners. Reuse, mirroring or commercial republication without prior written consent is prohibited.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site to: (a) submit fraudulent or impersonated inquiries, (b) probe or attack the system, (c) scrape content for resale, or (d) violate any applicable export-control law.
5. Export control & sanctions screening
We screen every inquiry against UN Security Council, EU, U.S. OFAC SDN, U.S. Commerce BIS Entity List, and Chinese MOFCOM dual-use lists.
We will NOT quote, ship, or knowingly intermediate to: - Iran, North Korea (DPRK), Syria, Cuba, the Crimea / Donetsk / Luhansk / Sevastopol regions, or any other comprehensively sanctioned territory. - Entities or individuals appearing on OFAC SDN, EU Consolidated Sanctions List, UK OFSI, or BIS Entity List. - End-uses involving WMD, military nuclear, missile or chemical / biological weapons programs (Wassenaar Arrangement controlled).
The buyer warrants that: - It is not a Restricted Person and is not acting on behalf of one. - The end-user country, end-user, and end-use stated in the RFQ are accurate. - It will not re-export the goods to any sanctioned destination.
We may request an End-User Statement / End-Use Certificate before shipment. Misrepresentation voids the contract; any prepayment may be retained as liquidated damages and reported to authorities where required.
6. Limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or fitness-for-purpose of any information published here. Liability for indirect, consequential or punitive damages is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes will be resolved by the competent court in Cangzhou, Hebei.
